The PEI Smoking Cessation Program is here to help all Island residents who smoke, vape or use other tobacco products and are ready to quit.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM COVER?

The PEI Smoking Cessation Program covers the cost of one complete course (6-18 weeks in a row) of treatment once per year for one of the following products:

• Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT): Nicotine patch, gum, lozenge, or inhaler
• Prescription quit smoking medication: Bupropion (brand name: Zyban®) or Varenicline (brand name: Champix®)
